Raggedy Anne came to us from a high kill local shelter. She had come to the shelter as a single kitten - no siblings came with her. We aren't sure what caused her to end up at the shelter, but since she was less than 2lbs and too small to be spayed yet, she was scheduled to be euthanized within the next 24 hours.
Luckily, shelter staff reached out to The Starfish Pet Project and we were able to welcome this girl into rescue.
Initially, Raggedy Anne had an upper respiratory infection, but after a full course of antibiotics, she's back to normal and ready for a home of her own!
