Grace came to us from a local animal shelter. Unfortunately, she was too young to be placed up for adoption which meant that she would have to be euthanized without a rescue group agreeing to take her.
We don't know how or why Grace ended up in the shelter. All we know is that she was brought in alone, without siblings or a mother.
Soon after welcoming Grace to rescue, she became very ill with a common parasite in kittens. This parasite can be fatal to very young animals and she required intensive care to overcome it. Grace is now happily in her foster to adopt home. She will return to us for her spay when she's big enough and her adoption will be finalized.
