Gilby was found as a single kitten in Oakland. His mother was a feral cat and Gilby was the only surviving kitten. One day, the homeowner noticed Gilbert sitting alone in the middle of the lawn. He mother came and went from the yard but did not tend to her baby. After several hours of keeping an eye on the 3 week old little guy, the homeowner brought Gilby safely to rescue.
