Adoption Fees

Adoption Fees:

Our Adoption Fees have Recently been Reduced!

  • $300 - Dogs & Puppies
  • $500 for two dogs/puppies
  • $50 - Cats & Kittens
  • $75 - for two kittens/cats

Fees for animals with special needs will be determined based upon circumstances. Any difference in adoption fees will be listed on the specific animal's information page.

At TSPP, we believe that adoption fees should be affordable and within reach for our adopting families. We also must be able to run a functioning rescue organization and pay the veterinarians for the treatment of the animals being adopted. As veterinary costs have increased exponentially in the last ten years, we have come to a decision on what we think is a fair and appropriate cost for adoption. The services that we provide to each animal would cost the adopter three times as much to have done at their local vet. We are confident in our fees being appropriate and we are unable to offer discounts on adoptions. We appreciate your understanding.

A Note About Spaying/Neutering: Effective June 13, 2022 - We have changed our policy regarding how we approach getting animals sterilized. This change has been necessary due to the lack of veterinary staff nationwide. We discuss our policies with every adopter. Every animal that comes through TSPP is required to be spayed/neutered.
